Happy Halloween!!

29 Weeks!

Boo! Don't let that bump scare you! It is getting huge!! This week mini g is about the weight of a butternut squash, and about 15" long!! She continues get stronger by the day, and has been pretty active throughout most of the day. She has been a little stinker lately though; every time I try to have someone besides Dan feel her moving, she stops! So she's either shy or stubborn... the Smith genes probably lend themselves more towards the stubborn side, so we'll see how that works out :-)

This past weekend Dan & I spent a good chunk of time doing things around the house, switching out the closets upstairs, getting rid of a bunch of stuff, and getting started on the nursery! Here's a tiny sneak peek of mini g's closet & bedding so far...

 

...the picture's aren't great b/c I took it with my phone, but as you can see, the closet is already filling up, thanks to both grandma's!! We got these super cute bins from PBKids, and they match the bedding perfectly! Tomorrow my dad is coming over to put up the chair rail molding, and then we're going to call a painter to come paint the room! Once it's painted we can build the furniture & begin unpacking!!

Since we had 10 total trick-or-treaters last year, and since it was Brooke's first Halloween, we celebrated Halloween at the Learman's tonight! Brooke was the cutest pink poodle, and had a great time trick or treating with Zack & Dan!

It's crazy and very exciting to think that next year we'll have our own little trick-or-treater to dress up & take out on Halloween!!
