We made it!

37 Weeks!

To 37 weeks that is, which means mini-g is officially considered "full term"! So she'd probably be ok health-wise coming out anytime now! It's both an exciting and scary thing to think about, but we're definitely more excited for her arrival than anything! Last week at the doctors went well; the first thing the doctor said to me is "I don't think you're having a baby this year"! She also told me that mini-g is still head down, and that she thinks she'll weigh 7-something when she's born! My Grandma Kroll also predicted mini-g's weight, a little more specifically at 7lbs 12oz! So we'll have to wait & see what she actually is! Mini-g is still wiggling around & dancing quite a bit, which makes me think she's not quite ready to come out yet, she's still got too much room in there! Last Friday Dan & I went to the movies and she was going crazy!! It must've been the bass from the loud music, but she was moving around even more than she was when we were at the holiday show a few weeks ago! She also really enjoyed the music at Christmas day mass! I think we have a little dancer heading our way!

We hope everyone had as great of a Christmas as we did! We celebrated Christmas eve with Dans family, first at his parents house with all the brothers, then at his Grandparents with the rest of the family too. Christmas morning was nice and relaxing at home, we slept in, opened presents, & went to mass. Then we headed out to my parents to celebrate with the whole fam. Yesterday we got to give my godson his "first Christmas" present, then at night we had a mini bronco reunion with a bunch of friends from college! Today our friends the Quicks came out for a visit & we had fun giving Eli his presents too! We have dinner plans with friends the next few nights too... it's a busy, fun-filled week! All 3 of us were very spoiled this Christmas, and we feel very lucky to have been able to spend time with so many of our friends & family!

Mini-g's shoe collection continues to grow with some new Converse & Jordans...

Dan has this whole week off of work, and we've been enjoying being home together. We've also been getting the last few things ready around the house for mini-g. Today we put together the rock & play sleeper and the pack & play, and tomorrow were gonna get out the car seat. I also have to finish packing my hospital bag, but other than that were pretty much good to go!

We hope everyone has a fun new years eve, we'll be laying low with some friends who have kids & are preggo too, so it should be fun! Hopefully there won't be any "excitement" before then! Until next year...
