We've been busy...

32 weeks!

...getting our home ready for mini-g's arrival!! This past week we had a painter out & he painted our whole upstairs! Not only did he do excellent work, but he painted the foyer, staircase, hallway and 3 bedrooms in 2 & 1/2 days!! If you need a painter let me know, we'd highly recommend him! Here's a few shots of the new colors:

Friday night "Uncle David" and "Aunt J-Star" came out & we had a fun night together. They also brought mini-g her shower present, since they'll be at the big house on Saturday. Mini-g is officially spoiled, but will be stylin' in her first pair of Uggs!

Saturday we helped our friends Andy & Amy move into their new home, and then at night we put together mini-g's crib!

Then on Sunday, our friends Matt & Katie came over, and Matt & Dan moved the nursery furniture into the house! It's hard to get a good picture of the room as a whole, but here's my best attempts:

And then today, the new windows were installed! We still need to get blinds, but at least now mini-g's room will be nice & warm!!

So the nursery has finally come together, and we love it!! Hopefully mini-g will too! I was feeling anxious about getting it all put together before the shower, but am feeling much better now that we have a place to put all of her cute things away!! The last thing we need are some decorations... if you have any suggestions let me know!

So despite being tired, I'm still feeling good, and growing by the day! Mini-g is still an active little dancing bean, and seems to be moving more lately when I'm sitting down, like in my office. At times it can get uncomfortable, but not painful. I go back to the doctor on Wednesday this week, and hopefully everything will be as normal and "boring" as it's been so far! This week is a 2-day work week for me, and a 1 day office day for Dan, as he worked from home today for the window install, and then we both get wed-thur-fri off! We're both really looking forward to a few quiet days, and to Thanksgiving with our families, all before our baby shower on Saturday!! We're feeling very lucky to have such supportive family & friends sharing in our excitement for mini-g's arrival!! She's already so loved, and so spoiled!!!
