Today's shopping trip (to Ikea) was much more successful than yesterday's! I don't know if it was the shorter car ride, the way IKEA is laid out, the promise of picking out a toy if they were good or maybe knowing we had visitors coming later that afternoon- but it doesn't matter. They were great, and we were in & out of there in less than 2 hours, with no fits or tears! We even managed to buy a few things we needed (and a few we didn't!).
This afternoon we were all excited to have Aunt Dolores, Uncle Jim, Madison & Jimmy stop for a visit on their way through to Michigan. The girls had a great time playing with their cousins! ❤️
